Returns Policy
Any unwanted item may be returned within 7 working days from receipt of the item. Within the 7 day period you are required to contact the Returns department via email on returns@urbansalonskincare.com advising of your intention to return the unwanted item. The Returns department will send you a returns acceptance email advising you if your item can be returned.
Please be aware that we cannot accept items that have been opened or used, they must be in their original packaging and be sealed, if applicable. Please send your item, with a copy of your invoice, your returns acceptance email and a covering letter stating the reason for the return to Urban:

We would strongly recommend that you return your items using a recorded delivery method, as we cannot be held responsible for any undelivered items.
On receipt and subsequent acceptance of the item into the Returns Department, you will be reimbursed the value of the item, which will be issued back to your original method of payment.
If you have benefited from free delivery Urban Salon Skincare reserves the right to refund the cost of your products minus any delivery costs we have incurred in sending the products out to you.
Damaged Items:
In the event of an item being damaged in transit, we ask that you return it to us and we will send out a replacement immediately. We strongly advise that all returns are sent via recorded delivery in order to ensure safe receipt. We cannot be held responsible for any undelivered items.
If an item is damaged in transit to you, you will be reimbursed for the cost of returning the item, this will be issued back to your original method of payment.
Please follow the process outlined below when wanting to return a damaged item:
- Email us on returns@urbansalonskincare.com and advise us of your intention to return your goods and the reasons for the return, Please quote your order reference within the subject line.
- Await a reply from us to confirm that the package can be returned.
- Send your returned goods with a copy of the email we send to you, enclosed.
